The Lungs of Your Home
Duct Repair & Sealing
The average Los Angeles home loses 20-30% of its conditioned air through duct leaks. Not only does this skyrocket your energy bills, but it pulls filthy attic air straight into your living room.
Schedule a Duct InspectionThe Hidden Cause of Dust
If you find yourself constantly dusting your furniture, your ducts are likely compromised.
When there is a leak in your return ductwork (the side that pulls air in), your system experiences negative pressure. It creates a vacuum that literally sucks in superheated attic air, fiberglass insulation fibers, rat droppings, and dust, bypassing your filter entirely and blowing it out your vents.
Our Sealing Process
Duct tape doesn't actually work on ducts. We use permanent, code-compliant methods to restore your system's integrity.
- ✓ Mastic Sealing: We physically coat joints, plenums, and connections with a thick, rubberized mastic sealant that never hardens or cracks.
- ✓ Static Pressure Testing: We measure the airflow before and after sealing to mathematically prove the efficiency gains.
- ✓ Complete Replacement: If your flexible ducts are older than 15 years, the inner plastic liner is likely deteriorating. We install highly insulated, R-8 or R-10 replacement ductwork.
