We do the electrical and the equipment on it
Almost everything replacing gas in a modern home lands on the electrical service. Heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, induction ranges, car chargers — all of it arrives at the same panel.
Most contractors do one side of that. An electrician sizes a panel without much view of what the HVAC contractor is about to install, and the HVAC contractor specifies equipment without knowing what the service can carry. The homeowner ends up in the middle, usually after something has already been bought.
We do both. One load calculation covers your whole plan, one company installs it, and when something does not work there is no argument about whose scope it belongs to.
When to call an electrician
Some of these are convenience. Some are not.
A burning smell, warmth at an outlet or switch, scorch marks, or buzzing from the panel all mean stop using that circuit and call today. The rest can be scheduled.

Older LA homes need more than a parts swap
Much of Los Angeles was wired before current electrical code existed. That means we routinely find aluminum branch wiring from the late sixties and early seventies, ungrounded two-prong circuits, obsolete panels, and decades of additions made by whoever was available at the time.
None of that is unusual and none of it is cause for alarm on its own. But it does mean a fault often has a history rather than a single cause, and that replacing the obvious component fixes the symptom while leaving the reason intact.
So we trace faults rather than swapping parts, and when we find something that will need attention later we tell you — including whether it can safely wait.

Are you licensed electricians?
Yes. All electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians and permitted where a permit is required. We handle the permit and the inspection scheduling as part of the job rather than leaving that paperwork with you to chase afterwards.
Why use one company for both HVAC and electrical?
Because modern heating, water heating and vehicle charging all land on the same electrical service. When one company sizes the panel and installs the equipment running on it, nobody argues about whose scope a problem belongs to when something does not work.
Do you pull permits for electrical work?
Yes, wherever one is required, and we handle the scheduling. Unpermitted electrical work causes genuine difficulty when you come to sell a property, and it can complicate an insurance claim. The inspection also means somebody independent has verified the work, which is worth having on record.
What are the signs I need an electrician urgently?
A burning or hot-plastic smell, outlets or switches warm to the touch, scorch marks, buzzing from the panel, or breakers that will not reset. Any of these warrants a call rather than a plan, and you should stop using the affected circuit.
Do you work on older Los Angeles homes?
Constantly. Much of the region's housing predates modern electrical code, which means we routinely find aluminum wiring, ungrounded circuits, obsolete panels and improvised additions made over previous decades. Bringing all of that safely up to current standards is a large part of what we do.
Can you help me plan electrification across several years?
Yes, and it saves money. The common expensive mistake is adding a charger this year, a water heater next year and a heat pump after that, each quoted separately, until the service runs out. One calculation covering the whole plan avoids upgrading twice.
